Red Krewe News, 3 /

Hey hey hey! Well, finally you're staring at the new site design, so how
do you like it =^_^=.
News for all of you Red Krewe fans, is that we have added and will continue
to add Red Krewe mini comics to the main gravitywell
site. Also on the way are more pages from the first full issue, and
of course pinups. I can't give you any specific release dates, as we rotate
our title releases regularly to keep things fresh, and stay away from putting
too much attention on one title. Updates to this site will be done as needed,
mainly the information inside like this news page. Redesigns will be infrequent
as this site is pretty good as it is, and redesigning a site every few
months takes away from the time I need to spend writing new stories =^^=;;
GRAVITYWELL NEWS
Well,
in addition to new Red Krewe material, we've begun updates of Spookworks,
Hangwire a few other titles and we've introduced our prose section. Stop
by the main
site and check it all out!
Brandon's Ramblings
All right, remember a few updates ago I mentioned something about a traffic
accident? Well it's all been settled so I'll clue you in on what happened.
The accident was my fault. Basically I was trying to alert a nearby driver
that her turn signals were on... which is something I'll never do again.
While I was driving along side this driver, a truck ahead of me signaled
to turn and began to turn into a driveway of a restaurant. I didn't see
the truck until the last moment, and although I applied my brakes, I wasn't
quick enough, I rear ended a one ton truck, doing minimal damage to the
rear bumper, my car however, had a totally messed up front corner. We got
out of our vehicles, she was perfectly fine, and so was I. I was ticked
at myself, and apologized and said it was my fault, something I should
never have done, and neither should you. You could lose your insurance
coverage as well as a court case. I had the front right headlight repaired
that day, cost me two hundred and fifty dollars. The rest of the repairs
on the vehicle cost over a grand, my deduction is five hundred dollars,
so I wasn't suffering too badly. The repairs were done well, so I had no
problem there. I left the matter in the hands of my insurance company,
and when I followed up on it a month later, they found me at fault, as
expected, and paid the lady two hundred dollars for an injury she claimed
she had. This of course, is a total lie. There's no way a light impact
like that, with her driving a truck could have caused her any kind of injury.
If anyone was to be injured, it would have been me!!! I did consider using
her number a few months later to place some harassing calls... but I figured
fate will nip her in the end for lying. It's sad though, cheap little #@$@#$@#
like that are responsible for the increasing insurance rates, insurance
fraud is no joke.
Oh well, till next time,
Tlalocelotl Tlatoani aka
Brandon K. Montoya (or is it the other way around?)
