Red Krewe News, 10 /

Welcome all, by now you're looking at part of the new Red Krewe site design.
The intention of this new design is to expand the content held on this
site, meaning the information and pictures. By the time the redesign is
finished, there will a whole new gallery with concept sketches from the
various Red Krewe artists, as well as some regular sketches and color works
that were created especially for this site. In the meantime cruise the
old site, especially the gallery. Some images housed there will not be
part of the new site. I hope to finish the redesign in a month, by that
time you'll find new Red Krewe content on the main site, as well something
new that I can't give you details on yet.
GRAVITYWELL NEWS
its still
hush hush, but its nearly done. Look forward to plenty of new content
hitting the main site VERY soon.
Brandon's Ramblings
If you've read the news here last month, or if you perused the archive
you know now that I've been in a traffic accident recently. The details
are still being worked out unfortunatly, so I still can't say much, maybe
I can next month.
On a happier note I was able to attend the California State Fair with my
girlfriend over my birthday weekend this last month, September. It was
fun seeing some of the exibits, eating the bland and overpriced food while
walking around the midway area. To be honest I found the city exhibits
fairly boring, and the shopping area wasn't full of much but vacuum salesmen.
The midway area was cool, though the games were a bit high. We won a few
items, but failed to win the South Park Kenny doll we wanted, but that's
okay. The worst part of the midway was an old travelling roller coaster
that was NOT safe at all. Instead of a steel beam to hold you into your
seat, you were held loosely with a belt like thing... it didn't work too
well, we were scared the entire ride and very surprised we weren't injured
on it. The most fun we had was on some of the other rides, and the 3 story
fun house they had erected. I had always wanted to go in one since I was
a kid, but I never had a chance. It was well worth the tickets we paid
out. We stayed till one in the morning.
On our way out I made a mistake... I drank from a public drinking fountain.
Now, its not necessarily the culprit... it could have been someone that
coughed or breathed in my direction... but upon returning to my hometown
I came down with mononucleosis, alpha streptocoli and scarlet fever. Not
pleasant at all. It took me a whole week to recover, I have never been
so sick in my life. Live and learn.
Till next time,
Tlalocelotl Tlatoani aka
Brandon K. Montoya (or is it the other way around?)
