Red Krewe News, 12 /
17 / 1997
Hey hey!
its the end of the year, Yule time for me, Christmas or Hannaka (sp?)
for you, or whatever you celebrate and I'm ready to close the year out
with a soft bang, if I can pull it off that is. As we celebrate the new
Gravitywell site, with the internalized subsites and some new books, I
(of course) am thinking of the next issue of Red Krewe as well as the next
stage of this website. (Was it me or was that one hell of a run on sentance?)
Anyway, things are shaping up that the Red Krewe site should be updated
once a month, as I continue progress on the last issue of the first story
arc. I as well as a few others are still working on other Red Krewe pics
which will be available at the main site in the near future. Including
a picture of Roberto, Halfback, and a Spoofy version of Nitra. If you missed
the first few Red Krewe pics that came out, don't worry, we (Gravitywell)
will open an archive site soon, which may possibly include back issues
of our books!
Brandon's Ramblings
BLECH!
There's one thing this time of year that leaves a bad taste in my mouth,
hypocrysy. Christian or not (and I'm not) this seems to be the time of
year when everyone taunts good will and charity, so look around and what
do you see? People in a rush, tailgating others on the highway and endagering
their lives over what? Fifteen seconds of time? Tired lazy parents letting
their children run screaming through the aisles pestering everyone else
because they don't feel like watching their kids. Rudeness, brashness,
the only charity and goodwill I see is inside the family, the rest of the
time I see people too busy scowling at each other trying to push themselves
ahead.
Now would be a good time to sit back, take a deep breath, and try being
at the very least, respectful of the people around you. No need to hold
open doors or smile like some luny, just respect the space of the people
around you, take care of all your problems, and don't dump on others.
Okay, now that I'm done
playing Mr. Rogers =^,-= on to the GWP releases!
