The subway is the new code word for the underground railroad of the twentieth
century. its members believe that anthropomorphic people are real human
beings, regardless of their artificial origin. Unfortunately most citizens
of the United States of North America and the Lone Star Republic of Texas
regard anthros as simple animals with a human like body, fit only for slavery
and other menial duties. Since the Dominion Of Canada and the United States
of Mexico have passed laws giving anthros full respect as human beings,
the subway is taking advantage of this situation by transporting the slaves
from their masters in these nations to the free pastures of the others.
There are many groups inside the subway operating year round, the most
respected, effective and feared would be Cross Country. CC's tactics are
violent, dangerous, yet somehow they manage to come out alive, with many
slaves crossing into their new homelands. |
